Decentralized Deployments Stack

Meta stack for the three stacks that service providers are expected to run during for the Laconic Network.

• container-registry --> default registry image
• webapp-deployer-backend --> built using build-containers
• webapp-deployer-ui --> built using build-webapp

Each stack has fields that will require modification, as described in the service provider documentation.
