A. F. Dudley a76431a5dd fix: spec.yml snapshot settings — retain 1, enable incrementals 
MAXIMUM_SNAPSHOTS_TO_RETAIN: 1 (was 5)
NO_INCREMENTAL_SNAPSHOTS: false (was true)
Removed SNAPSHOT_INTERVAL_SLOTS override (compose default 100000 is correct)

Spec.yml overrides compose defaults, so changing compose was ineffective.
