Part of Investigate subgraph watchers lagging behind head

  • Set getLogsClientSwitchThresholdInSecs to 30 seconds for Filecoin subgraph watchers
  • Export metric for total ETH RPC count in Filecoin subgraph watchers
  • Remove merkl watcher from alerts config
