Delete Branch "dboreham/git-branch-in-stack"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
You can now have branches specified in the stack file like:

Might be good to have the branch file syntax match this as well, ie. just
@
instead of space as separator?Yes, I thought about that. Left it as-is for now in case someone has a branches file they're using.
