Handle account sequence mismatch error (#13 )

- Handle failed txs due to `account sequence mismatch` error by creating a wrapper for all tx methods and retry the tx if `account sequence mismatch` error occurs

snowballtools-base

This is a yarn workspace monorepo for the dashboard.

Getting Started

Install dependencies

In the root of the project, run:

yarn

Build backend

yarn build --ignore frontend

Environment variables, running the development server, and deployment

Follow the instructions in the README.md files of the backend and frontend packages.
