Plugeth doesn't expose a way to register Geth service lifecycles. It should be easy enough to patch Plugeth to register this alongside API registration.

Plugeth doesn't expose a way to register Geth [service lifecycles](https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/blob/052355f5e2b1726552fdb38a94cf6ea1506caf95/node/lifecycle.go#L23). It should be easy enough to patch Plugeth to register this alongside API registration. Allows https://git.vdb.to/cerc-io/plugeth-statediff/issues/20
