1edfb89423 contribution guide: Add guidelines for testing 
Indicates to use require's and asserts, and to use table driven
tests, with error messages as described in #1664.

This adds dep status to the lint process. Also fixes linting errors

fc4c563e29 keys: Keybase.Update no longer asks for newpass if oldpass is incorrect 
Achieved by refactoring the parameter newpass as follows:

* (newpass string) -> (getNewpass func() (string, error))
