Pure Javascript version of sodium-native

Some methods have accidentally been exported, even though they don't appear in Sodium-Native, which gives Sodium-JavaScript a slightly different API. The goal is to have the same API except: - Wasm methods - _instance methods (legacy) This commit removes the extra methods so that we have API parity with Sodium-Native (with the above two exceptions). |

API
See sodium-native. This is a work in progress so all functions are not implemented yet.
This module is organised into individual submodules which can be required
independently for smaller bundles in the browser. To leverage automatic
switching between sodium-javascript and sodium-native, see
sodium-universal.
