Prathamesh Musale 8d3c35b22e Update bond-record association methods to use cosmjs (#3)

- Update methods to
  - associate and dissociate a bond from a record
  - dissociate all records from a bond
  - reassociate all record from a bond to another bond
- Update bond tests with changes
