core: remove unnecessary fields in logs, receipts and tx lookups (#17106)

* core: remove unnecessary fields in log

* core: bump blockchain database version

* core, les: remove unnecessary fields in txlookup

* eth: print db version explicitly

* core/rawdb: drop txlookup entry struct wrapper
