* Separate out uniswap gql proxy in a stack

* Use proxy server from watcher-ts

* Add a flag to enable/disable the proxy server

* Update env configuratoin for uniswap urbit app stack

* Update stack file for uniswap urbit app stack

* Fix env variables in instructions
