* fix issue https://github.com/kubernetes/kompose/issues/1683

* add tests, die if inputfiles not specified

* fix GetComposeFileDir function and use it

* use fixed GetComposeFileDir instead of filepath.Dir

* return error instead of fatal

* add pod configmap creation to openshift
