laconic-so deployment --dir webapp-deployer stop
laconic-so deployment --dir webapp-deployer start (this should fail if ^ is still terminating)
laconic-so deployment --dir webapp-deployer logs
# Output: 
On or more pods already associated with this deployment (or similar message)

laconic-so deployment --dir webapp-deployer stop
# wait until pod terminates
laconic-so deployment --dir webapp-deployer start
laconic-so deployment --dir webapp-deployer logs
# works fine
