  1. Integrate ipld-eth-beacon-indexer with the fixturenet.
  2. Add healthchecks to the fixturenet

Also in the future work department would be to prefix all the ENV under config/ with CERC_. I did not do that in this PR because I'll need to make the corresponding code changes to ipld-eth-beacon-indexer first.
