  1. Remove fixed IPs and separate network for fixturenet (https://github.com/cerc-io/stack-orchestrator/issues/27).

  2. The ethereum-genesis-generator tooling changed its input format slightly and removed the totalTerminalDifficulty setting. This includes updates and related fixes.

  3. Run geth as an archive node so that the LevelDB files will work properly with eth-statediff-service
