for #170, progress blocking on #114

  • from app/data/compose, running docker-compose -f docker-compose-laconic-explorer-test.yml up should work to spin up ping pub (not integrated to laconicd though). Container should probably build then copy to an nginx server (rather than yarn serve)
  • should probably strip/modify the nginx pod (@dboreham had suggested a base pod for these types of services)
