4045f41c8d Make the test for invalid named arguments more robust

1a4cc4e64d Fix type check for nested arrays in abi.encode/decode functions in ABIEncoderV1 
- Without this fix, nested arrays are not detected as unsupported and compiler fails on an UnimplementedError.
- Now it's consistent with how structs are handled in ABIEncoderV1.

Fix homebrew instructions 
The instructions for installing a specific version of solidity using homebrew no longer work with the latest version of homebrew. There is a specific error message that indicates that raw github links are forbidden. This documents the workaround that is now needed. This is how I did it but of course I am open so suggestions.
