* core: use TryGetAccount to read where TryUpdateAccount has been used to write

* Gary's review feedback

* implement Gary's suggestion

* fix bug + rename NewSecure into NewStateTrie

* trie: add backwards-compatibility aliases for SecureTrie

* Update database.go

* make the linter happy
