Create a byte-for-byte comparison of the pre- and post-plugin versions of output from https://git.vdb.to/cerc-io/ipld-eth-state-snapshot, similar to https://git.vdb.to/cerc-io/eth-statediff-compliance although we probably can't use the same method.

This could be done using two versions of https://git.vdb.to/cerc-io/chain-chunker.
