Steven Allen 75383cf57d chore: ffi: update fvm ...

- Updates to wasmtime 10.
- Unifies some dependencies between fvm v2 and v3 (slightly smaller
  binary).
- Supports instance pool oversubscription when FVM concurrency is
  enabled. This should allow users to specify high concurrency values
  without running out of address space.
