refactor lotus recipes to make them more manageable. (#86) 
- Each role now has its own file (role_*.go).
- Options have their own file (lotus_opts.go).
- Sync service constructions have their own file (sync.go).
- Utilities are functionally grouped in files ({deals,retrieval}.go).
