e61b9b2a65 refactor: add inspection methods to actor gen interface 
- adds the following methods to all generated actor interfaces:
  - Code() cid.Cid
  - ActorKey() string
  - ActorVersion() actorstypes.Version
  - AllCodes() []cid.Cid
