fix change flag name end_after_checks to continue_after_checks (#1573)

## Issue Addressed

Resolve #1387 

## Proposed Changes

Replace flag name **end_after_checks** to ** continue_after_checks**
Change condition to simple (remove **!**, It's no change logic.)
