evm: benchmark evm keeper (#586)
* adds more erc20 token benchmark tests

* add more benchmark for statedb

* adds benchmark for state_transition

* fix typo

* refactor state_transition_benchmark_test

* update newSignedEthTx input argument

* revises tx template type

* modify tests for both LegacyTx and AccessListTx

* update changelog
