fix: GetBlock rpc api reports wrong gasUsed (#878)

* GetBlock rpc api report wrong gasUsed

Closes: #877

Solution:
- workaround at rpc side, ignore the gasUsed in such cases.

* Update rpc/ethereum/backend/backend.go
