README was reverted during the tendermint roll-back work (in this commit https://github.com/cerc-io/laconicd/commit/56d59feaa0789d36eb86aa07020678a03e798db4#diff-b335630551682c19a781afebcf4d07bf978fb1f8ac04c6bf87428ed5106870f5), and I didn't catch the change in the PR. We need to revert these changes.
