Wondering if this repo and https://github.com/cerc-io/laconic-sdk have been named backwards?

This repo seems to be a client library for laconicd, while laconic-sdk is a cli tool that depends on this repo.

So laconic-sdk is perhaps really laconic-client? (or laconic-cli?).
This repo perhaps should be laconic-sdk?
