* Renames env vars for consistency with flags and other services:
- LOGRUS_{LEVEL,FILE} => LOG_LEVEL, etc.
- LVL_DB_PATH => LEVELDB_PATH
- ANCIENT_DB_PATH => LEVELDB_ANCIENT
- These will need to be updated wherever they are used
