And any other endpoint where the absence of data in the Postgres database or inability to satisfy a given request cannot be readily attributed to a statediff missing at a specific blockheight/hash.

Or add some additional checks to prevent it from making statediff_writeStateDiffAt calls it knows will not be beneficial.
