Apologies as I know I signed off on the current name, but from talking with others it is becoming apparent that "ethcl" is causing some confusion during discussions on/references to this repo. Something like "ipld-eth-beacon-indexer" or "ipld-beacon-chain-indexer" or even "ipld-beacon-indexer" would be more self-explanatory and better differentiated from "eth1" tooling.
