Replace laconic2 with laconic and update genesis generation script (#5)
Part of [laconicd testnet validator enrollment](https://www.notion.so/laconicd-testnet-validator-enrollment-6fc1d3cafcc64fef8c5ed3affa27c675)
- Allow requests from any origin
- Replace `laconic2` with `laconic`
- Update `nitro-rpc-client` usage in genesis generation script
