* codec: remove unnecessary allocations in ProtoCodec.MarshalBinaryLengthPrefixed Improve ProtoCodec.MarshalBinaryLengthPrefixed by removing the need to use a *bytes.Buffer and instead use an array and invoke binary.PutUvarint, and directly create the respective length prefixed concatentation.
