x/ibc: packet commitment deletion after ack verification (#6292)
* add deletion of packet commitments to AcknowledgePacket and remove CleanupPacket

* update tests

* add replay test for unordered channels

* add cleanup back, update tests

* remove nolint

* add timeoutonclose handling and fix

* add check for deleted packets

* Update x/ibc/04-channel/keeper/keeper.go
