feat: structured screens for SIGN_MODE_TEXTUAL (#13434)
## Description

Refs: #11970

Changes target of `SIGN_MODE_TEXTUAL` rendering to be a structured datatype
instead of lines of ASCII text. This avoids the complexities of in-band, signaling and
allows more capable signing devices not to be hindered by the limitations of those less
capable.

refactor: Revert middlewares to antehandlers (part 1/2: baseapp) (#11979)
## Description

We decided to remove middlewares, and revert to antehandlers (exactly like in v045) for this release. A better middleware solution will be implemented after v046.

ref: #11955

Because this refactor is big, so I decided to cut it into two. This PR is part 1 of 2:
- part 1: Revert baseapp and middlewares to v0.45.4
- part 2: Add posthandler, tips, priority

---
 Suggestion for reviewers:

This PR might still be hard to review though. I think it's easier to actually review the diff between v0.45.4 and this PR:
- `git difftool -d v0.45.4..am/revert-045-baseapp baseapp`
  - most important parts to review: runTx, runMsgs
- `git difftool -d v0.45.4..am/revert-045-baseapp x/auth/ante`
  - only cosmetic changes
- `git difftool -d v0.45.4..am/revert-045-baseapp simapp`

refactor: Small clarifications to authz docs and one error description (#11506)
## Description

This small PR is trying to clarify the documentation that I found ambiguous when reading it.
Furthermore, it makes one error message more precise ("non-negative" --> "positive").

In particular:
 - I clarified that the field `AcceptResponse.Accept` will be set to `true` when an authorization is accepted, but **will not** be set to `false` otherwise (instead, the function `Accept` will return an error).
 - I clarified that the field `AcceptResponse.Updated` will not always be populated: it will be `nil` unless there are real changes to the authorization
 - I changed the error message in the `send_authorization.go` function, when `IsAllPositive()` returns `false` from _spend limit cannot be negitive_ to _spend limit must be positive_. I emphasized the fact that spend limit must be positive in the documentation.

This is my first contribution to the Cosmos-SDK codebase so if I made some mistake the process (wrt the checklist), guide me patiently, pls.

## Description

<!-- Add a description of the changes that this PR introduces and the files that
are the most critical to review.
-->

Hello 👋 this PR introduces the second stage of changes to support [ADR-038](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/pull/8012) state listening. This is rebased on top of the [first segment](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/pull/8551), which introduces the low level changes to the MultiStore and KVStore interfaces and implementations, the new WriteListener types, and the new listen.KVStore type.

In this segment we introduce the StreamingService interface, an implementation that writes out to files, and it's integration and configuration at the BaseApp level.

The idea was to have the first segment reviewed independently first but if people think it is easier/more time efficient to review both at the same time then we could start here.

Thanks!

This work is towards satisfying [ADR-038](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/blob/master/docs/architecture/adr-038-state-listening.md)

docs: Update ADR-040 to store hash(value) in SMT leaf (#9680)
<!--
The default pull request template is for types feat, fix, or refactor.
For other templates, add one of the following parameters to the url:
- template=docs.md
- template=other.md
-->

## Description

This revises ADR-40 to specify storing `hash(value)` as the SMT mapped value.
This should allow the same indexing functionality as using `hash(key + value)`, while working much better with IPLD by storing only the hash of the mapped content.

## Description

This ADR is to be merged as "DRAFT" status for now, as the details for the "Bumping Protobuf Package Version" section have not been sorted out yet.

This ADR comes from discussion with @webmaster128 and @robert-zaremba about proto updates strategy. We decided to go for an ADR to document our decision for v0.43, and for visibility for other chains doing proto upgrades.

## Description

Following on:
+ NFT IBC [dependency](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/pull/9329#issuecomment-872415040) thread/issue
+ [interoperablity](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/pull/9329#pullrequestreview-704549373) with other NFT implementations
+ x/bank interoperability [discussion](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/discussions/9065#discussioncomment-873206)

we need to be clear how the NFT token interoperability between modules and chains is achieved.

Updating the ADR template (#7449)
* Updating the ADR template

Introducing few small sections to the template:

* Summary: IMHO it's very valuable for every reader to quickly see what this ADR is about. Must be short.
* Backwards Compatibility -- each ADR MUST analyze backward compatibility issue. Let's make it clear and put as the ADR subsection.
* Test Cases -- often, when analyzing a problem and implementing a solution, it's very useful to define test-cases. Hence it SHOULD be a part of the template.

Inspiration: Enterprise Ethreum Alliance Proposal [template](https://github.com/EntEthAlliance/EEPs/blob/master/draft/templates/EEP0002-Standards_Proposal_Template.md)

* change Summary -> Abstract
