## Description
removes the dependency of tendermint/utils/log from countless locations. This is in effort of reducing Tendermint's lib usage in the sdk
this is nonbreaking as the interface is the same. To eliminate tm/utils/log in the sdk we need a few more things. Once we have fully removed the tendermint logger, I would propose we break the interface and define our own for our use case, when we pass the logger to tendermint in the node.New() function we can wrap our logger for its use case

This change removes a code pattern that I noticed while on a late night
audit of cosmovisor in which
strings.Builder.WriteString(fmt.Sprintf(...))
calls were being made, yet that's counterproductive to using fmt.Fprintf
which will check whether the writer implements .WriteString and then
avoids the need to firstly build a string using fmt.Sprintf.
The performance wins from this change transcend all dimensions as
exhibited below:

Increase customized signing capabilities by:
- Adding a hook to preprocess transactions before broadcasting
This PR introduces the ability to preprocess transactions before broadcasting, a feature that provides the ability to add extensions, or otherwise customize the payload to satisfy a chain's requirements. For adaptability, the parameters include the keytype to allow differentiation between formatting transactions for Ledger vs. software keys.

This PR introduces a hook to preprocess transactions, chiefly to add extensions, from a higher-level chain. Key changes and relevant files:
- Add `PreprocessTxFn` type and fields to both `Context` and `Factory`
- Instantiate the `Factory` with the `PreprocessTxFn` provided by the `Context`
- Call `PreprocessTx` with the appropriate parameters after signing

## Description
Closes: #12546
Removes `simapp` as a dependency from `testutil/network` by abstracting `simapp` construction behind a factory fn (now in `simapp`), then requiring callers of `network.DefaultConfig` to pass in the factory fn directly.
This patch is an intermediate step to removing all dependencies on `simapp`. Follow up work may include moving all of the tests using `network.DefaultConfig` updated here up to `simapp`, or possibly just the runners.

## Description
When locally working with golangci-lint, we can see that there were many deprecation warnings about sdk.Int. This PR resolves that and makes 1-2 other linting related changes. Issue on linting coming next.
This also moves BitCurve to bitCurve.
I expect that this set of changes will require several pull requests, one of them to the settings for the linter.
It also does a gofumpt, because we had various formatting-related linters fail, too.

Current grpc happens to be concurrent, while the grpc gateway itself is not, since it always uses abci query. Therefore, as the current queries are not concurrent, throughput has the room for improvement. This PR changes the grpc gateway so that when server is ran by a node daemon, it directly calls grpc to make queries concurrent. Any services that uses grpc gateway could improve throughput by fundamental amount, which has been tested and ensured in the process of running an Osmosis node using the current chagnes.
The code base has the following changes:
- GRPCClient field has been added to Client Context.
- The `Invoke` method in Client Context would use ABCI query when GRPCClient field is set to nil, otherwise use the GRPC Client to return results that have used grpc.
- If GRPC is set to enable in `startInProcess`, it sets the GRPC Client field in Client Context.

## Description
Closes: #10264
This PR makes 2 changes in the CLI:
### 1. Add an `--aux` flag to all tx command.
```bash
simd tx bank send <from> <to> <amount> --aux (optional: --tip <tipAmt> --tipper <tipper>)
```
This will print an AuxSignerData instead of broadcasting the tx.
### 2. Add a new `aux-to-fee` subcommand
```bash
simd tx aux-to-fee <aux_signer_data.json>
```
This takes the output of the previous command, and broadcasts a 2-signer tx.

Changes:
- Added `--fee-payer` CLI flag:
- The flag is used to populate the corresponding `context` property.
- Context in its turn is used to set `fee-payer` during transaction building.
- `--fee-account` CLI flag is renamed to `--fee-granter`:
- With the flag added it becomes unclear whether `--fee-account` stands for `payer` or `granter`.
- Renaming to `--fee-granter` makes things more explicit.
- This is CLI breaking change.

Integrate Tendermint v0.35.0, including changes to build and test

For creating an intermediary/auxiliary tx (e.g. by the tipper in tipped transactions), using the existing `client.TxBuilder` is awkward. We propose a new client-side builder for this purpose.
API Usage (e.g. how the tipper would programmtically use this):

fmt.Printf or fmt.Sprintf already know how to convert a
byteslice into a string when building the output; we shouldn't
incur the unnecessary string(byteslice) conversion.

The `io/ioutil` package has been deprecated in Go 1.16 (See https://golang.org/doc/go1.16#ioutil). Since cosmos-sdk has upgraded to Go 1.17 (#9987), this PR replaces the existing `io/ioutil` functions with their new definitions in `io` and `os` packages.

## Description
Revert routing queries through tendermint.
The reason this change was made is because of this error:
```
fatal error: concurrent map read and map write
```
The person who identified this error submitted these steps to reproduce
```
User sends a query with grpc
Tendermint Commit new blocks and tries to Commit IAVL (which causing IAVL versions map to change)
At the same time query tries to read from the same map (iavl.(*MutableTree).VersionExists) to check if requested version is exists
Node exits with fatal error: concurrent map read and map write
```
With the recent changes to IAVL submitted by terra (cc @YunSuk-Yeo) the reason for why we need to route through tendermint is no longer present. We should revert it when 0.17.1 of IAVL is cut, which will be later today.

## Description
Add a test case to reproduce the issue described in #9566. The test currently fails, and I've pointed some possible solutions over https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/issues/9566#issuecomment-889281861. But I feel this needs more works in order to provide a more robust solution. I'll keep poking at better options, but taking any pointers if anyone has ideas.

After some more recent conversations w/ @aaronc, I decided to go back to his original proposal of setting up a subcommand for running in-process testnets.
This PR splits the `simd testnet` command into two subcommands:
- `simd testnet start` which starts an in-process n-node testnet
- `simd testnet init-files` which sets up configuration & genesis files for an n-node testnet to be run as separate processes (one per node, most likely via Docker Compose)

This pull request fixes the duplicate `vesting` command displayed with `--help` for the `tx` command. It also removes line breaks for consistent formatting across all commands and it fixes a minor typo.

* define package-level supported Keyring algorithms
This commit lets developer define what algorithms Keyring supports instead of relying on just keyring.New options.
This change is needed since it allows us to support those algorithms in CLI commands too without subverting their current execution flow.

Follows up PR #4876 which removed the return on non-nil errors
to always return a non-nil REST response regardless of error.
The checks performed seem benign and the return result is the
same.
This change uses the reverse conditional refactoring method
to gut out nesting and many conditions.
Noticed while hunting through types.ParseABCILogs.
Fixes#8181
The --unarmored-hex and --unsafe flags are added to
the keys export command. Users must use both to
export private keys material. The output would be in
hexadecimal format and unarmored.
See #8042 for scope and motivations.
introduce new UnsafeKeyring interface.
Unsafe operations are supported by UnsafeKeyring types.
By doing so, we try to make the client developer aware
of the risks.

Prepare migrating testing auxiliary functions from tests
to testutil.
Remove local duplicates on testutil.WriteToNewTempFile().
Always favor testutil.NewTestCaseDir() over ioutil.TempDir().
Add test cases for the testing auxiliary functions.
client/input/input.go: GetConfirmation() should communicate
with the user via the io.Writer instance passed in as
argument.
client/keys/add.go: replace cmd.PrintErrln() calls with
fmt.Fprintln(cmd.ErrOrStderr(), ...) because of cobra's
PrintErr* functions broken behaviour. For more information

`keys parse` uses the global configuration before
before client applications have had a chance to
apply their settings.
This change adds a `GetSealedConfig()` helper
that waits for the config to be sealed before
returning it.
fixes#5091

--validate-signatures should not be a flag of the sign command
as the operation performed (transaction signatures verification)
is logically distinct.
cli_test is and has always been an horrible name for package
directory as it's very much Go anti-idiomatic - _test is the
suffix used by test packages, not directories. Plus, CLI test
cases can and should live alongside other testcases that don't
require binaries to be built beforehand. Thus:
x/module/client/cli_test/*.go -> x/module/client/cli/
Test files that require sim{cli,d} shall be tagged with // +build cli_test
With regard to cli test auxiliary functions, they should live in:
x/module/client/testutil/

As part of #5864 part 2), this PR decouples the new client/tx
package from x/auth (as an incremental step to deprecating
all the tx logic in x/auth) and adds StdFee, StdSignature,
StdSignMsgBase and StdTxBase to codec/std, while
deprecating the corresponding types in x/auth.
github.com/spf13/viper's recent releases introduced a semantic
change in some public API such as viper.IsSet(), which have
broken some of our flags checks. Instead of checking whether
users have changed a flag's default value we should rely on such
defaults and adjust runtime behaviour accordingly. In order to do
so, it's important that we pick sane defaults for all our flags.
The --pruning flag and configuration option now allow for a
fake custom strategy. When users elect custom, then the
pruning-{keep,snapshot}-every options are interpreted and
parsed; else they're ignored.
Zero is pruning-{keep,snapshot}-every default value. When
users choose to set a custom pruning strategy they are
signalling that they want more fine-grainted control, therefore
it's legitimate to expect them to know what they are doing and
enter valid values for both options.

crypto/keyring:
`Keybase` interface gives way to its successor: `Keyring`. `LegacyKeybase`
interface is added in order to guarantee limited backward compatibility with
the old `Keybase` interface for the sole purpose of migrating keys across
the new keyring backends.
The package no longer depends on the `github.com/types.Config`
singleton.
`SupportedAlgos` and `SupportedLedgerAlgos` methods have been removed.
The keyring just fails when trying to perform an action with an unsupported
algorithm.
crypto/ subdirs reorganization:
`crypto/keys/hd` was moved to `crypto/hd`, which now groups together
all HD wallets related types and utilities.
client/input:
* Removal of unnecessary `GetCheckPassword`, `PrintPrefixed` functions.
* `GetConfirmation`'s signature changed to take in a io.Writer for better integration
with `cobra.Command` types.
client/context:
* In-memory keyring is allocated in the context when `--gen-only` flag is passed
in. `GetFromFields` does no longer silently allocate a keyring, it takes one as
argument.

Remove the Update method from the Keybase interface.
Remove redundant lazy keybase implementation altogether.
Created LegacyKeybase interface to restrict capabilities to
only those required by keys commands that deal with
legacy keybase such as update and migrate.
Rename keyring.New() -> keyring.NewLegacy().
Rename client/keys.NewKeyBaseFromDir -> NewLegacyKeyBaseFromDir.
crypto/keyiring.NewInMemory() now returns a in-memory keyring.
BackendMemory is added yet not exposed via command line
--keyring-backend flag. keys add uses it when --dry-run flag
is on.
Keyrings store keys by name and hexbytes representation
of address. This turns keyring internal storage more
chain-agnostic and types.Config independent.
Obsolete Keybase internal state representation is not affected.

crypto.LedgerShowAddress() is a ledger specific function
and should takes acc address prefix instead of depending
on a sdk.Config singleton.
crypto/keys/mintkey:
- decryptPrivKey() return error instead of os.Exit()ing.
- encryptPrivKey() should panic instead of os.Exit() when
bcrypt.GenerateFromPassword() call fails so that the
caller is given a chance to recover().
crypto/keys:
- SignWithLedger() does not need to be method of
baseKeybase. Method receiver is unused.
- ledgerInfo objecta may be pointers, type switch
should handle both to avoid panics.
- keyringKeybase should not provide Update() at all.
More test cases are added to increase package crypto
and subpackages overall coverage.

Client commands accept a new `--keyring-backend` option through which users can specify which backend should be used by the new key store:
- os: use OS default credentials storage (default).
- file: use encrypted file-based store.
- test: use password-less key store (highly insecure).
Add --list-names flag to keys command for short listing.
Make keys delete accept multiple key names at once.
Usage example:

While reintroducing the contract tests a little discrepancy was noted:
* type from integer to string in the swagger definition for supply/total/{denominator}
* remove slash from supply/total route in the implementation
Account getters are removed from client context. x/auth has the
queriers necessary for retrieving account information.
These functions should be removed since they are currently
redundant and don't provide any extra value.

client/input.GetConfirmation() returns true if and only if the
user's input is confirmative.
The function is used in places where fat-fingering may cause
financial loss, e.g. gaiacli tx send command. Thus it seems
wiser to provide a conservative default in order to protect
users from accidental mistyping.

New Signature interface available in the top level types package.
auth.StdSignature implements such interface. User defined auth
module can now define their own custom signature types.
