## Description
When locally working with golangci-lint, we can see that there were many deprecation warnings about sdk.Int. This PR resolves that and makes 1-2 other linting related changes. Issue on linting coming next.
This also moves BitCurve to bitCurve.
I expect that this set of changes will require several pull requests, one of them to the settings for the linter.
It also does a gofumpt, because we had various formatting-related linters fail, too.

### Root cause
Prior to merge of #11924, SimApp calls [module/NewManager](2b549b807c/simapp/app.go (L344)), which implicitly sets sane default values of [OrderExportGenesis](2b549b807c/types/module/module.go (L239)) from the modules passed as parameters. Since this usage was deprecated in favor of [RegisterModules](823d2a7f28/simapp/app.go (L354)) in the app wiring work, `OrderExportGenesis` was now `nil`, resulting in empty `genesisData` in [ExportGenesis](823d2a7f28/types/module/module.go (L339))
### Fix
Explicitly set `OrderExportGenesis` with same module order as `OrderInitGenesis` from `SimApp`.

## Description
Closes: #11732
As found by OSS-Fuzz, large numbers may overflow the current maxDecBitLen because
it assumes that DecimalPrecisionBits (60) can always be represented by Precision (18)
base-10 digits. Since 2^60 is larger than 2^18, this assumption is false.
This change fixes#11732 by only allowing 59 bits of precision on top of the 256
maxBitLen allowed for the integer part.

In the original code, when CountTotal == true, the iteration goes even after the `end+1`-th hit.
The `end+1`-th hit is expected to be `NextKey`. However, if there is a no-hit after after that, `numHits == end+1` is still true, and `NextKey` will be set to key beyond the `end+1`-th hit, resulting in consecutive queries missing the `end+1`-th hit.

## Description
Small documentation improvement. By reading the function header I thought `forVersion` will mean the `destination` and made a bug. So, I propose to use more clear function argument name: `forVersion` -> `fromVersion`.

## Description
This adds support for registering gRPC query server implementations that were generated using pulsar. It should make integration with the ORM easier.
This should be backportable.
This does not enable support for pulsar msg servers or tx's.
