## Description
Both slashing and distribution simulator is using ugly casting from the nice interface type to:
```go
stakeKeeper := sk.(*stakingkeeper.Keeper)
```
This creates additional dependency for `staking/keeper` package in other modules, and requires type of a specific type (here reference type, in 0.46 it's even worse - because it uses object type).
EXTRA:
* removed `stakingkeepr.RandomValidator` function (which btw, was also weird, because it was in the keeper module and required Keeper as an argument) and created generic `testutil.RandSliceElem` function.

## Description

Removes `simapp` as a dependency from `testutil/network` by abstracting `simapp` construction behind a factory fn (now in `simapp`), then requiring callers of `network.DefaultConfig` to pass in the factory fn directly.
This patch is an intermediate step to removing all dependencies on `simapp`. Follow up work may include moving all of the tests using `network.DefaultConfig` updated here up to `simapp`, or possibly just the runners.

## Description
When locally working with golangci-lint, we can see that there were many deprecation warnings about sdk.Int. This PR resolves that and makes 1-2 other linting related changes. Issue on linting coming next.
This also moves BitCurve to bitCurve.
I expect that this set of changes will require several pull requests, one of them to the settings for the linter.
It also does a gofumpt, because we had various formatting-related linters fail, too.

- Create `FeeMarket` interface, and move exiting static fee logic into `StaticFeeMarket` implementation.

## Description
This adds support for registering gRPC query server implementations that were generated using pulsar. It should make integration with the ORM easier.
This should be backportable.
This does not enable support for pulsar msg servers or tx's.

In certain cases, it proves to be beneficial to be able to support user provided mnemonics in the in-process testing network. This essentially allows you to know the validator addresses ahead of time in case you need to do any custom genesis logic (e.g. Gravity Bridge delegation keys).
