* Set proper default command output

* Removed duplicated cmd.SetErr(cmd.ErrOrStderr()) and cmd.SetOut(cmd.OutOrStdout())

* Moved command initialization and added CHANGELOG

* fix: groom all uses of cmd.Print*

* Ran make format
